Do I need to register to be able to shop at www.newyorkarmy.in?
No, you can shop as a guest on www.newyorkarmy.in if you do not want to register on this website. However, we strongly recommend that you register on www.newyorkarmy.in as it makes your checkout faster, allows you to track your order, save products that interest you to a wishlist (which you may access at a later time) and provides a better shopping experience.
How Can I place an order?
Search for the item or browse until you find something you like.Choose the product you like and press ADD TO CART.Fill out the details and choose the payment method you prefer.
I have placed an Order. How do I know if it’s confirmed?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation Email and SMS. It will include your order number and estimated time of delivery.
Can I modify my order after I have placed it?
Unfortunately after the order is placed, you cannot add new products to the order but you can always place a new order for the desired products.
How to cancel my order?
The order cannot be cancelled once dispatched which happens within 48-72 hours of order placement. For any order cancellation requests before dispatch, kindly write us on support@newyorkarmy.in

What are the Payment options available?
We use 100% secure payment gateway service through Razorpay where you have multiple safe payment options like Paytm,Gpay, Debit or Credit cards or Netbanking. We also offer Cash On Delivery option.
How does the delivery process work?
The products are dispatched within 48-72 hours of an order being placed and the order will be delivered within 5-7 working days.
Do You Deliver Outside India?
No, we don't deliver any of the orders outside India
Is Cash On Delivery Available?
If you are not comfortable making an online payment on our website , you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method instead. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.
Can I replace the order?
No, product once delivered cannot be replaced unless you receive a damaged/ different product.
What should I do If I receive a wrong product?
If you want to return the product, please do not use it. We will arrange for the pick-up of the unused wrong item from the provided address through our logistic partner and arrange for the refund/ exchange. For more details, refer to the return policy here
I have received a damaged product. How do I return it?
In the unlikely event of the delivered product been damaged, (leakage / broken / missing items) due to transit, a refund / exchange can be initiated after a thorough verification. Please go through our return and refund policy here.
